For sport fish, river reaches the fish can reach past every downstream barrier — but where no one has surveyed — show amber (a barrier-aware model, not a guess). Inferred (game species only): the bcfishpass fish-passage model — a reach is amber where the species can reach it past all downstream dams, falls and impassable crossings and is present in the connected network.
